Shipping Overview
All orders are dispatched from our primary fulfillment center located in Jaipur Rajasthan , through our trusted logistics partners.
•⁠ ⁠Delivery Timeline: Once your order is processed, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery across India.
•⁠ ⁠Delivery Hours: Our logistics partners facilitate deliveries between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, from Monday to Saturday.
Delivery Guidelines
•⁠ ⁠Signature Required: To ensure your package reaches you securely, a signature is mandatory upon delivery.
•⁠ ⁠Alternative Recipients: If you are unavailable to receive your package, you may authorize a trusted individual (such as a family member, neighbor, or colleague) to accept and sign for it on your behalf. Please note that Aslon will not be held responsible for orders signed for by anyone other than the customer once the courier records a successful delivery.
•⁠ ⁠Post-Delivery Responsibility: Aslon is not liable for any issues or damages reported after the package has been successfully delivered and signed for.
Reporting Issues
We take great care in packaging your products to withstand transit. However, should you notice any shortages, visible damages, or tampering with the package, please report this to our customer support team on the same day of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for review.
