1. Returns and Exchanges
Since our products are premium personal care items, we are unable to accept returns for items once they have been delivered, opened, or used, due to hygiene and safety standards.
• Damaged/Defective Goods: In the rare event that you receive a product that is leaking, broken, or missing from your package due to transit issues, we are dedicated to resolving this for you.
• Mandatory Verification: To process a claim for damage, leakage, or missing items, a clear unboxing video (showing the package from all sides before opening) is mandatory. Please notify our team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
• Refusal at Delivery: If you notice that the external packaging is severely damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we kindly request you to refuse the shipment from the delivery partner immediately.
2. Refund Protocol
• Claim Submission: To initiate a refund request, contact our support team at 8441010633 or email us at support@aslon.in with your order number, photographs, and the unboxing video. Use the subject line: “Refund Request for Order #[Order Number]”.
• Non-Refundable Charges: Please note that original shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Refund Processing:
• Prepaid Orders: If your refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer to the details provided by the customer within 7-10 working days after verification.
• Missing Order Claims: If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, you must inform us within 48 hours. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched from our warehouse. A nominal 2.5% payment gateway processing fee will be deducted from the total order value upon cancellation.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• Return-to-Origin (RTO): If a prepaid order is returned to us after being shipped, a restocking/logistics fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How long does it take for the funds to reflect in my account?
Once a refund is approved, prepaid orders take 10-15 working days to reflect in your original payment source. For COD orders, it typically takes 7-10 working days after you share your bank details with us.
Q2: Can I return a product if I simply didn’t like the fragrance?
We curate our fragrances with the highest standards. However, because our products are for personal use, we cannot accept returns once they have been opened or used. We recommend trying our discovery sets (if available) before committing to a full-size bottle.
Q3: What if I have a skin sensitivity?
Aslon products are formulated with premium ingredients. We always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before regular application. We are not liable for any reactions caused by individual skin sensitivities
